We're already careful about screen time — is this just more of it?+
We built Study-Wise around a small, finite ritual: each session has ten questions, then it ends — no infinite feed, no autoplay, no ads, and no streaks engineered to keep your child scrolling. You decide how many sessions you want to practise that day. Most families use it as a swap, not an add-on: ten focused minutes of curriculum-aligned practice in place of ten minutes of undirected screen time.
How does it actually adapt to my child?+
Every answer quietly updates what we know about that specific skill — a string of right answers moves your child on, a wrong one brings more practice on that exact gap. We aim each question to be challenging enough to stretch your child without being demoralising, and we bring older skills back for a refresher right before they'd normally start to fade. The pacing uses the school term as a logical proxy, so your child isn't either left behind or held back.
What happens if I change plans partway through the month?+
Upgrades apply immediately — your child gets the new tier's questions and features right away, and we charge a prorated top-up for the rest of the current cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period, so you keep what you've already paid for until then.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes — manage or cancel your plan anytime from your account. We don't issue cash refunds: if you remove one profile but keep others on the account, the unused time on that profile's plan is credited toward your next bill. Removing your only profile, or closing your account, ends billing right away with no credit for the time left in the period.
Is there a referral programme?+
Yes — every account has a unique referral code. Share it with another parent and they get a free 14-day trial (instead of the standard 7 days). Once they make their first payment, you earn S$10 in account credit, automatically applied to your next bill. You can share your code via WhatsApp or email straight from your account page.
